SoftCo appoints new Advisory Group

SoftCo, the leading Business Process Automation solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Michael Buckley, Brian Joyce and Mike Sweeney to its new Advisory Group. SoftCo’s products simplify business processes and meet compliance obligations for a host of customers worldwide including DHL, HBOS, Experian and Logitech.

The Advisory Group will be chaired by Michael Buckley, the former CEO of AIB and non-executive director of Enterprise Ireland and a number of listed companies. Mr Buckley is also a senior adviser to a number of privately held companies. Brian Joyce has served as director and Chairman on the boards of some of Ireland’s best-known companies including the Mater Private Hospital and EBS and is currently a board member of Kingspan Plc. Mike Sweeney was formerly head of IT in AIB with responsibility for all IT strategy, R&D and Operations for the retail bank in the UK and Ireland.
