Workshop - Taking Care of HR Paperwork

The focus of the event will be on how Human Resources paper processes can be streamlined to reduce costs and meet the raft of compliance obligations.
The volume of HR documents and legislation is increasing. Behind each HR process is a paper trail that can be cumbersome and difficult to manage. Whether it’s the review process, disciplinary procedure, policy management or absenteeism, inevitably there is a piece of paper or signature that is vital. Putting HR documents in a Windows folder is simply not enough for compliance nor sufficiently fast for easy retrieval of content.
