With significant growth over the past number of years, SmartLynx were facing challenges with their existing P2P process, which was resulting in poor data capture, validation and too many manual touchpoints. SmartLynx needed to streamline the inefficient processing of their almost 50,000 Direct Operating Cost (DOC) invoices annually.
SmartLynx Airlines began evaluating the Purchase-to-Pay market to find the best-in-class P2P solution provider, with deep sectoral knowledge, who would address their complex requirements relating specifically to their DOCs. They required a solution which would accurately detect, validate, and allocate fuel, navigation, and handling costs to specific flight legs.
Following an extensive process, SmartLynx Airlines chose SoftCo to provide end-to-end P2P automation which will dramatically reduce their existing manual processes.
