On Thursday 22 November, SoftCo Co-Founder, Susan Spence, was a keynote speaker at the CEO Forum hosted by Deloitte and Enterprise Ireland, at Dublin Castle, Ireland. The event is widely regarded as one of Ireland’s foremost gatherings of CEOs and business leaders.
Susan spoke as part of an accomplished panel about the Irish business of the future. The panel also featured Bob Etchingham, CEO, Applegreen plc and Alan Walsh, CEO, IPL Plastics plc.
When discussing SoftCo’s plan for future growth, Susan spoke about how the organization will “continue to invest in R&D, innovate, involve employees and give back.” She added, “We value and want our employees’ ideas – we want them to be part of our success.”
This year, the forum celebrates its 30th birthday, with a focus on supporting the growth of Irish business. Digital transformation, the complexity of the geopolitical landscape and the impending Brexit decisions were the hot topics of discussion at the event.
