Headquartered Springfield, Oregon, Timber Products is one of the largest producers of diversified wood products in North America. The Company produces plywood, veneer, softwood products, hardwood lumber, particleboard, and decorative laminates from 9 manufacturing facilities in the US, while also offering wood trading and transportation services.

Timber Products accelerated their plans to automate their AP Process at the start of the pandemic, following the shift to remote working. It quickly became apparent that their existing manual processes were not sufficient for this new way of working, with increased costs and a reduction in control and visibility. Timber Products chose SoftCo AP Automation to remove manual touchpoints, drive AP efficiencies and integrate with their existing ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX.
