Capita implemented SoftCo Compliant Archive and SoftCo Accounts Payable Automation to offer customizable document and workflow management to its various clients, providing it with a competitive edge in winning new contracts. SoftCo has delivered intelligent capture of data and documents, full Accounts Payable automation, and the compliant archival of documents. SoftCo’s SÄHKE2 certified Compliant Archive provides security and ease of deployment.
Capita has achieved significant cost savings and efficiency improvements for both themselves and their clients. They now receive invoices from their large group of customers as emails and any invoices received in paper format are quickly captured and data extracted. Each of Capita’s clients have unique requirements, from recording proof of delivery dockets and processing invoices to processing and verifying cattle birth and registration records. The solution is deployed in the cloud enabling each of Capita’s clients to access their financial transactional documentation, within their own systems. Advanced document capture and workflows ensure Capita meets its clients’ expectations and has achieved a 700% increase in the number of forms processed per hour.
