Ding, the world’s largest international mobile top-up platform, entered a phase of major growth as demand for mobile top-up grew exponentially around the world. As Ding began to scale across multiple jurisdictions to keep pace with this growth in demand, the manual Procure-to-Pay processes at Ding were proving a barrier to their growth plans. Ding needed a solution to automate 12,000 supplier invoices per annum to support their aggressive expansion plans.

The solution has improved visibility and is saving hours in invoice matching & approval times per month. The auto-match function ensures 70% straight-through processing of invoices. The solution gives 100% control and visibility and enables finance personnel to calculate the value of in-process invoices, supporting better cash flow management. Month-end close and accruals are completed faster, saving each employee about a day a month, every month.
