We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and fun people to come on board and work with customers on new projects and expand their use of SoftCo’s products. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidates will work with a team of professionals focused on providing our customers with excellent software solutions and services built on SoftCo’s cutting-edge Machine Learning technology.

Account Manager – Your role:

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and fun people to come on board and work with customers on new projects and expand their use of SoftCo’s products. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidates will work with a team of professionals focused on providing our customers with excellent software solutions and services built on SoftCo’s cutting-edge Machine Learning technology.

You will:

  • Manage and develop long-term business relationships with SoftCo customers and interact with several contacts including Finance, Procurement, IT and C-level management.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Pre-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell of new SoftCo offerings and proactively manage customer renewals.
  • Demonstrate the SoftCo P2P products and quote for new modules with support from both Sales and Technical teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers if they want to escalate or prioritise certain items relating to their business requirements, services or any active projects.
  • Attend Internal training to improve product knowledge.
  • Undertake other duties as may be required by the company from time to time.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing account management role, ideally in a software related industry.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience of finance and procurement processes with a technical understanding of SaaS and ERP integration.
  • Organised and structured in your approach with a consistent attention to detail and a passion for providing high quality work and excellent service to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in written and spoken English, and experience in presenting and negotiating with customers.
  • Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications and other collaboration tools.
