HMSHost conducted an extensive analysis of the AP Automation market and have selected SoftCo to remove their inefficient manual AP process, decrease errors, reduce processing costs, and enable them to deliver on their business growth ambitions.
SoftCo will provide HMSHost with automated capture, processing, and approval of their 100,000 annual invoices. SoftCo Smart Coding and Smart Routing technology will enable non-PO invoices to be processed by automatically determining the correct routing and coding of these invoices. The SoftCo Vendor Portal will enable HMSHost vendors to submit invoices, directly while also giving them complete transparency and visibility on the status of their invoices. SoftCoAP will be fully integrated with the existing ERP system, Oracle PeopleSoft.
