The successful rollout of SoftCo Procure-to-Pay in the Finnish Government continues with 23 entities now live after only 9 months. SoftCo10 was chosen to automate and modernize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process throughout the Finnish Government as part of the country’s objective to save €100 million as a result of digitizing public services.

The solution was selected by Palkeet (The Finnish Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR) as the most comprehensive P2P solution from an extensive and competitive tender process. The first Government department went live in May 2018 and with over 70 entities to be implemented, the project is on schedule with an aggressive timeline.

SoftCo delivers a Smart Automation solution that empowers organizations to automate their procurement, invoice processing, and financial reporting. The Finnish Government will achieve 90% automatic processing of all invoices, resulting in faster processing times and reduced costs. The solution provides full visibility over the entire P2P process with greater business insights for improved decision making via powerful interactive dashboards.
