With non-contact, outdoor Hockey training having resumed in Ireland for schools and underage clubs, SoftCo have launched the SoftCo Hockey Bucket Challenge.
The competition is open to all schools and hockey clubs in Ireland, where entrants get the opportunity to test their skills against the Ireland Women’s Hockey Team.
The challenge requires teams to use the hockey stick to pass the ball between each player, without the ball hitting the ground, with the last player passing the ball into the bucket. There are different age brackets with the winner in each being the team who completes the challenge in the quickest time. The challenge is open to entries between April 30th and May 31st.
Everyone who takes part will receive a limited edition, SoftCo HeadGame HG Sports wristband with the overall winners receiving an Ireland Hockey jersey for each team member and a training session with some of the members of the Ireland Women’s Hockey squad (subject to Government COVID-19 Guidelines).
