SoftCo is delighted to announce that Grosvenor Services have chosen SoftCoExpressAP to automate their accounts payable process.

Grosvenor Services is a leading provider of cleaning services, total facilities management and security services for a range of corporate retail and industrial companies across Ireland, the UK and the US.

ExpressAP is SoftCo’s newest accounts payable automation solution which delivers 100% non-touch invoice processing, supports remote working, and reduces operational costs by 80%. Uniquely, SoftCo ExpressAP is installed in a matter of hours, with no upfront costs and an unlimited number of users.

Grosvenor Services will be using ExpressAP to automate their invoices including capture, registration, coding, approval, query, vendor management, reporting, and file export to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, their ERP system.

“We are delighted to have gone live with SoftCo ExpressAP. The onboarding process has been seamless and extremely efficient. The past few months have highlighted the need to automate our AP processes and the cloud-based solution will provide increased control and visibility over the AP process, while also reducing costs.”

Paul O’Brien, Chief Financial Officer, Grosvenor Services

Accounts payable teams that continue to operate under manual, outdated processes have found the switch to remote working difficult. Processes have been exposed as being inefficient, costly and lacking visibility. SoftCo ExpressAP is a cloud-based solution that facilitates remote working. The system automates manual AP processes, eliminates costs, provides full visibility and control, meets compliance obligations, and helps organizations to improve their cashflow.
