Paudie, a graduate of UL & Heriot-Watt University, brings over 15 years’ senior consulting experience working across a variety of SaaS technology companies focused on improving operational efficiencies in complex environments for both mid and large enterprises. Before joining SoftCo, O’Shea was Sales Director for Glantus for almost 4 years and prior to that he held various senior roles with the global technology company Oracle Net Suite and real estate software developer, Castleton Technologies plc (now MRI).  

In his new role, Paudie will take on the responsibility of creating new business opportunities within the UK market focusing on Retail, Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and Construction.
