The process runs: days 1-2 requirements and ERP access provisioning, days 3-6 configuration and testing, days 7-9 customer validation, day 10 production go-live. 10 days is deployment, not discovery. A scoping assessment happens before kick-off to confirm the environment fits the certified connector pathway. Heavily customised ERPs, complex multi-entity scenarios, or delayed access from the customer's IT team can extend the timeline or route to a different connectivity method.
The integration layer is built on enterprise iPaaS architecture designed to maintain connector compatibility across ERP version updates. When Oracle, JDE or any ERP release a new version, the connector is updated at the platform level. Your configuration carries forward.
