We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to guide the strategic direction of our Accounts Payable solution. This is a pivotal role that bridges our customer’s needs with our product development efforts. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Product Owners, customers, and stakeholders to define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demand and business objectives.

Product Manager – Your role:

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to guide the strategic direction of our Accounts Payable solution. This is a pivotal role that bridges our customer’s needs with our product development efforts. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Product Owners, customers, and stakeholders to define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demand and business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and the Product Owner.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Align the roadmap with company goals and ensure clear execution plans.

Customer and Market Research

  • Conduct in-depth market and customer research to understand pain points and identify opportunities.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, analyze real-world usage, and validate assumptions.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Pricing and Commercial Strategy

  • Collaborate with the commercial and finance teams to develop pricing models that reflect product value and market dynamics.
  • Assess competitive pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to ensure market relevance and profitability.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Leverage data analytics to measure product performance, identify usage patterns, and drive decision-making.
  • Define KPIs to assess the impact of new features and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Owners to translate strategic direction into actionable user stories and development plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for their needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide input to Sales Enablement teams on pricing-related resources and strategies.

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Be proactive in removing blockers, solving problems, and ensuring momentum in execution.
  • Take ownership of the product’s success, focusing on tangible results and measurable outcomes.

Your profile:

Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in FinTech or Accounts Payable solutions.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering successful product strategies in European and North American markets

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative and self-motivation.

Other

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to engage with customers and attend industry events.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working with Product Owners is a plus.
