Sales Development Manager
As our Sales Development Manager, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our AP and P2P automation solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping SoftCo’s outbound sales strategy, coaching the team to success, and working closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Sales Development Manager – Your role:
As our Sales Development Manager, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our AP and P2P automation solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping SoftCo’s outbound sales strategy, coaching the team to success, and working closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation.
- Own team performance, ensuring KPIs are met for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and outreach activity.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs to ramp quickly and hit targets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine target personas, messaging, and outreach strategy.
- Implement tools, processes, and cadences that improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting on team performance using HubSpot and other tools.
- Join key prospect meetings as needed to support SDR development and opportunity progression.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly pipeline generation and activity KPIs.
- Foster a high-energy, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
- Other associated duties as required.
Your profile:
- 2+ years’ experience managing SDR or BDR teams, in a SaaS B2B software company.
- Proven success in outbound pipeline generation and team development.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies (e.g. cold calling, cadences, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to drive growth.
