Avail, a global industrial manufacturing company with 15 sites across four continents, processes around 120,000 invoices per year through its Oracle EBS system. 

Prior to SoftCo, the AP process was cumbersome and error-prone, with invoices often stalling in queues. This created late payments, poor visibility, and inefficiencies across finance operations. Avail needed a streamlined, cloud-based solution that could integrate seamlessly with Oracle EBS and deliver greater control over the invoice lifecycle.
